I just found another wonderful site where Chelsea from Aqua Poppy Designs, offers some free backgrounds. I put a new one on my sketchbook blog.

Wonderful FREE Backgrounds at Background Fairy

I was feeling that 3 o'clock energy drain. So, I sat down to check my mail, and well one thing led to another and here I am signed on and visiting blogs. The thought about a nap suddenly was forgotten and then I found another wonderful place that offers free backgrounds.

Background Fairy has wonderful backgrounds to choose from that are FREE. I fell in love with so many of them.

Creating your own background

Thanks to that wonderful site called The Cutest Blog on the Block, I was able to create my own background by changing the HTML code.  If you visit their blog and look at Blog Secrets, you will find out how to customize your background.

Wonderful Templates

The template I am using for my sketchbook blog was free from The Cutest Blog On The Block.  If you visit their site, you can choose between hundreds of templates for your blog.

It's so easy to use.  On Blogger, you simply customize your blog by clicking on Customize.  Then you add a gadget.  Choose HTML gatget.  Copy the code you have from your selected template into the gatget and hit save.  When you view your blog...ta dah, you have a new designer blog.

Blogware

Blogging this last year has introduced me to so many wonderful resources.

I thought that perhaps I would share some here. 

Today I found a web site that sells Blogware isn't that the best name.  A little pretty for your blog to wear.  Blogware is especially designed for your blog and is easy to edit and add to your blog.  

A Kit consists of a header or  two and four coordinating buttons for just two dollars and fifty cents.  They have beautiful graphics and especially wonderful Digital Scrapbooking kits.  Their digital scrapbooking kits are meant only for personal use and not permitted to use on a web site or blog.  But the blogware is lovely and helps to coordinate new looks if you are like me and love to change your blog around.
